All offerings of Texas SBA, Inc., are administered under the legally-binding arbitration of the American Arbitration Association either through their "desk arbitration" or "international adr" sections. This convenient, stable, and trustworthy arbiter provides both parties with a means of recourse in the event of injury. Texas SBA, Inc., contracts are standardized and do permit for ammendment before their enactment of execution. The legal rights of Texas SBA, Inc., clients are extended to foreign-based organizations as well as Texas-based subsidiaries.
